Vacation Rental Cleaning
Scope of work:
Living Areas
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Empty recycling bins and trash cans
- Vacuum/Mop floors
- Dust/wipe down all surfaces and decor
- Wipe down chairs and sofas
- Wipe down light switches, blinds and remotes
Kitchens
- Disinfect high-touch surfaces
- Empty dishwasher and replace items in the cupboard
- Remove any leftover food from refrigerator and freezer, and disinfect
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, including tables, cabinets, counter-tops, back splashes and chairs
- Clean and sanitize all appliances, including microwave, oven, toaster and coffee machine
- Remove trash and clean the trash can
- Replace dish towels, sponges, soaps, dish-washing pods and trash bags
- Discard any trash left behind
- Vacuum/Mop floors
Bathrooms
- Clean and disinfect high-touch areas
- Clean and disinfect toilets, showers, and baths
- Clean mirrors and other reflective surfaces
- Empty recycling bins and trash cans
- Replace toilet paper, paper towels, and other amenities
- Sweep and mop floor
Bedrooms
- Change and wash linens
- Make the bed
- Dust all surfaces, including shelves, drawers, nightstands, and other furniture
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Wipe light switches, window sills and doors
- Vacuum and mop the floors
Outdoor Spaces
- Wipe/clean all outdoor furniture
- Wipe down BBQ
- Pick up all garbage left outside
- Tidy outdoor spaces
Laundry
- Linens will be professionally washed, dried, and folded off-site for an additional charge. If time allows, towels will be cleaned on-site, otherwise all soiled laundry will be bagged and removed and brought back on the next scheduled clean.
**Linen service is not included in the quoted cleaning price and will be billed to the client separately.**
